Hugh Nalder and Associates Pty Ltd is headed by Hugh Nalder. Prior to establishing
the company in June 2006, Hugh enjoyed a long and successful career as a partner at
PricewaterhouseCoopers. Upon his retirement, Hugh chose to pursue a new career, working
with organisations, teams, and individuals to help them succeed. Hence the company's
motto:
"making a difference with
organisations, teams, and individuals"
Hugh operates on his own, either in an advisory role, or as an independent non executive director. He will however introduce and involve others if the additional skill and/or resources are critical to achieving success and making a difference.
Hugh's purpose is to make a contribution to teams and individuals so that they and their organisations achieve their visions and goals. He does this by being:
